Terms and Conditions:

All purchases whether for the KEC Installers Membership or in the Resource Shop are final. 

You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing us.

Information provided is for your convenience. Information and recommendations are made as best practices. There may be odd or unusual circumstances in your situation that would require additional information. There is no guarantee that best practices are the 'final' say. 

All materials are copyrighted and the property of The Fractional VP, LLC may not be used for distribution. Any use other than as intended (information for a single user) will be dealt with according to the laws of the state of North Carolina. This is agreed to by you when you download a product or set up membership for the KEC Installers platform. 

Should you wish to  acquire one of our resources for your company, we will happily brand and reformat using your specifications, for an additional charge. Educators, please contact us for material useage and we will arrange a special download for your institution - this is for colleges, universities, tech schools and high school vocational institutions 

A community may be available, we will be forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.

If you share your KEC Installers log in with another user, your account will be disabled and no money will be refunded. 

We will never sell your personal information, or retain your credit card/ paypal info. All payments are handled by Stripe.com. Please refer to their privacy policy here.
